Welcome to Elite Furniture Network (the "Service" or "Platform"). This Service is fully owned, operated, and billed by RefactorWorks LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using elitefurniturenetwork.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Ownership and Legal Entity

Subscriptions and Billing

Processor: All payments, subscriptions, and financial transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
Billing Identity: Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear under the name RefactorWorks LLC or Elite Furniture Network.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring annual basis.
Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings panel. Access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

Account Security and User Conduct

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or use the Service for any unlawful activities.

User-Generated Content and Inventory Listings

Ownership Retained: You retain all ownership rights to the inventory listings, text, specifications, pricing, and pictures (collectively, "User Content") that you upload to the Service.
License Grant: By uploading User Content, you grant RefactorWorks LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of (such as resizing images), display, and perform that content solely in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload the User Content, and that it does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Removal Rights: RefactorWorks LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent at our sole discretion.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA): We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to hello@elitefurniturenetwork.com with the specific URL and proof of ownership, and RefactorWorks LLC will expedite its removal.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All software, code, design, text, graphs, and trademarks on elitefurniturenetwork.com are the exclusive property of RefactorWorks LLC.
License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SaaS during your active subscription period.

Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefactorWorks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the platform.
